Comes with a box and power lead.

Please note the power supply is temperamental as it looks like it's losing connection between a brick and the power cable on the side of the plug as per last picture. It works fine if you position the cable in the certain way. The keyboard will also work with a standard 7.5V power supply or batteries.

The battery compartment is clean.

The condition of the box is poor - please check pictures.
