Up for sale is a vintage stock certificate for Rice Lake gold mines, Ltd for 1000 shares

This certificate is dated 5/1/1939.

It has an embossed seal in lower left corner

I found this in a metal filing box of my dad's.

What's interesting is we have no idea who the person listed on the certificate is or why my dad would have had it.

There is a staple in the upper left corner.

2 crease lines from folding; lower left corner has been folded.
