Michael Valitutti NH Sterling Silver Marquise Ruby Ring. It has gold plating where the rubies are set adding a nice contrast. 

It's in excellent condition with light wear. The rubies are lower quality but have a lovely reddish color. 

The ring weighs 6.6 grams. The top of the ring measures 12mm wide.
