Original painting of roses in vintage gold frame, circa 1950s, pre-owned.

Here is a beautiful original signed painting. Not certain of age or artist. 

This came from a collection of relatives belongings that are from the 50s and 60s, best guess here.  

Oil on canvas painting, the gold frame is the ideal color for the dark background of the pink roses.  

The framing has an interesting story, which might date this from the 1920’s:
