Shipping cost:
Shipping is £3.89 for the first item, and £0.20 per additional item. We use corrugated A5 cardboard boxes or bubble envelope to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition, and only utilise tracked and signed-for services to ensure you're not out of pocket if Royal Mail misplace your item.

Delivery time:

   We ship most items same-day or next day on a first class service. 

    Due to the recent Royal Mail customer service centre timings, our dispatch dates are:

• Mondays - Fridays 
• Saturday - 9 am (For orders placed after 9 am on a Saturday, dispatch will occur on the subsequent business day, Monday
• We are using Royal Mail  Delivery service and all items send 1st class postage
• If your order happens to be significantly delayed for more than 2 weeks, please get in touch with us for help. 
• Additionally, if there's any dispute with additional postage payment, please send us valid proof that you have paid additional postage. 
• Once we have verified that the package came from us, we will be liable to refund the extra postage fees.
