This is a rare vintage science fiction Ace Double Novel No. 23775 with a 75¢ cover price. This paperback book is a double First Edition published in October 1969 by Ace Books and the First Printing with no additional printings noted on the copyright pages. Treasure of Tau Ceti is a complete novel, and Final War and Other Fantasies is a collection of eleven novelettes and short stories: Final War, Death to the Keeper, A Triptych, How I Take Their Measure, Oaten, The Ascension, The Major Incitement to Riot, Cop-Out, We’re Coming Through the Window, The Market in Aliens, and By Right of Succession. The book features wonderful painted covers by pulp artists Frank Kelly Freas and Panos Koutrouboussis and interior artwork by Gray Morrow! As shown in the photos, the book is in very good condition for its age with some cover wear and light soiling, including a stress line along the spine and a small ½” split. The book is complete and remains well bound. It has clean pages with a few small corner bends and no writing, creases, rips, or tears.
