Broken backlight . Seems to work fine on an external monitor via HDMI. Loads and completes Unigine Heaven Benchmark.

Laptop powers on but screen is extremely dim and can only make out an image by shining a light on the screen.

Please note the laptop has been tested with a different screen and LVDS cable but this did not fix the problem. Assume whatever the issue is must be on the board.

Hinge screws are coming away from the palm rest near the screen cable. When all the base screws are in, the hinges feel fine and the lid opens and closes normally.

Laptop has some noticeable marks on the lid and faint scratches on palm rest but is generally in reasonable condition.

Complete with power supply. Battery holds charge.
