Note: Experience issue I’ve encountered such as

• YouTube pre-installed app/launcher - cannot sign-in my google account. However, to get around this issue, go google play app, install YouTube app & everything should be functional instead of using YouTube pre-installed one
• I can't set up my own customized backgrounds or launchers
• when insert a USB drive or micro SD card to view on this device, it won't recognise the USB or micro SD, unless firstly go to setting - storage & you will see a new volume - corrupted (note: your USB or micro SD is not corrupted, it just the system showing that). In order to use your USB or micro SD on this device, from setting-storage, press new volume & ok to set it up, CAUTION - doing so would erase your data. please back up your data to your computer before set it up your USB or micro SD on this device firstly, then after transfer your data back to USB or micro sd.
