Free Economy Delivery‚ this is usually a Royal Mail Signed For service and will take 2 to 3 working days to arrive.
Larger or heavy items are usually delivered via a pallet service. This takes up to 48hrs from emailed dispatched notification. You will need to provide a phone number for this service. The estimated cost for the pallet delivery service will be shown in the listing.
We provide tracking numbers for nearly all items and they are uploaded into your listing, so you should be able to track your item from 4pm on the day it has been dispatched.
If for any reason your item does not arrive within the stated delivery time please either contact the courier with the tracking number or contact us via Ebay.
Global Shipping Programme ‚ for non UK sales we will use the GSP service provided in conjunction with Ebay. The item is sent to the UK ebay distribution centre and they take care of the onward shipping to the customer. They will provide a tracking number for the onward shipping.
