You get a Hasselblad Flashgun Bracket IIIC. This was mostly used as a side grip with cable release for the 500C and 500CM. Catalog number TIBAC and 45020. It dates from 1963 to 1978. Great condition. 

It will NOT work with the 2000 series and cameras made after 1988 like the 503, 501 and 200 series.
