Length is 6.0 metres, width 2.6 m including the mirrors and height of 2.95 m.  The current mileage is 85608 miles, the odometer reads in kilometres and shows 137789 kms. the speedometer was professionally converted to read in mph when the van was imported.

MOT was done on 04-04-24 and expires on 18-04-25. Clear test with no advisories.

Tyres were replaced in 09/23, leisure battery 06/23, vehicle battery 03/24. Oil and filter changed 09/23 and the brake pipe mentioned in the 2023 MOT was replaced 07/23 along with a complete change of brake fluid.  New fire extinguisher, gas hoses and fire alarm have all been fitted. A Habitation Service Check was done 16-04-24, one minor electrical issue was noted, this was rectified on the same day and a new modern spec RCD unit was fitted to replace to original Hymer switch. The Habitation Damp Report done the same day records the van as a “dry van”. All documentation is available for perspective buyers to inspect and check.

The van sleeps 4 with one full-size pull down double bed above the cab and a second bed can be made up in the seating area.

There is a bathroom to the rear with flushing cassette toilet, washbasin, cupboards and a separate shower. Hot and cold water throughout. There are two full length cupboards, one with a hanging rail and loads of storage cupboards above the seating and kitchen

 area. The kitchen area has a double stainless steel sink, 3 burner gas hob, extractor fan, cutlery drawer, pull out basket food storage and an Electrolux fridge with integral freezer compartment. The fridge is a 3-way type so can operate on gas for off-grid camping, electricity when hooked up on-site or from the 12 volt leisure battery when travelling. The is a microwave (Neff) for use when hooked up. There are 3 double UK spec sockets one of which has 2 USB charge plugs.

There is a Truma hot water/heating system fitted. This can be set to either operation or both and is extremely effective.

The van is equipped with an Avtex TV and a top of the range adjustable TV ariel and signal booster. Fitted with wide-angle rear view mirrors to both sides which makes driving so much easier and also due to the internal layout you have a rear window and a traditional rear view mirror in the cab so you can see what is happening directly behind you at all times.  There is an air-assisted suspension system fitted which makes the ride much smoother.  The condition of the underside is very good and clean.  Currently there is a bespoke tow bar fitted however we do have the genuine Hymer rear motor scooter rack which could be available by separate negotiation. 

There are 3 sets of keys and an English version of the Hymer Owners Manual, please note that this manual is a photocopy of an original.

All in all this is a very clean and well looked after van and is absolutely in a “ ready to go’ condition.
