Carlo Moretti Murano Glass Vase Classic Gold Vein Palm Frond Murrhines 10"h: Superb!

This is a classic Carlo Moretti extended oval design vase lined with his signature royal blue and decorated on both sides with big murrhine clusters. One side, looks like a cluster of roses; very interesting murrhines. Sable brown exterior looks like a closeup of palm fronds that look like a zig-zag pattern with about a dozen strands of earth tones and gold filaments making the vase sparkle while retaining it's handsome look of machismo strength. Nearly 7"w and 3" deep, the mouth has room for a big bouquet of long stemmed orchids or roses, while standing alone as an impressive objet d'art.

His ring style clusters of 7 and 8 target mandala type murrhines are stunning and very interesting. Has a thick crystal clear surface before reaching the inner single layer which has the leafy pattern on one side and gorgeous royal blue lining on the other. Moretti used this exact body form with many unique designs, often fenicio-type variations, which can be seen online. I'll add some outdoor photos later...a very subtle design.
