i think its from the 50s i think the fur is rabbit it could be removed if as desired its hand stiched on 
the fur on sleeves is set back from the cuff hem

there is some random moth damage and the coat is priced accordingly
this is old damage and no new holes have appeared they are harder to see as they get lost in the stripe but could be darned its such a cool orginal item its worth the work
the fabric has been treated with fabric moth spray and has been put in freezer as a precaution.
