14&1/4" x 11&3/16" first edition hardcover with jacket, two hundred forty-nine pages followed by part IV "The Golf Course" which includes beautiful photography of all the holes at the course with summation and stats of each. Book was very well kept, just a crease at lower corner of front free endpaper page (see last pic) and the (clear with Club's logo) vellum sheet (that appears at beginning of the book) has come free of the seam so it is simply inserted, but not attached (pic 3).
