Plate measures 2 7/16" W x 1 3/16" H

Charga-Plate was a dog-tag style plate with a customers name, address and city of residence imprinted on it, with a paper backing that the customer could sign.  It was issued by large scale merchants for customers to use as a store credit card.

The card is in good condition.  It comes in a navy blue leather case which does have some wear.  The customer did sign this card.  Please see all photos provided.  Thanks for checking out store.
