Unusual Sterling Silver Victorian Nail Clippers. Stainless spring and blades. No hallmarks. Monogram. Art Nouveau style with Scroll and Flowers theme. Circa 1900

5 1/4 inches long. 1 1/2 oz sterling. Good antique condition. Moving parts all work well. Could use a good cleaning on the stainless elements. Minor scratches and dings consistent with age. Please see photographs.
