This is a vintage flat Hopi kachina cradle doll.    This door is missing ears and the nose and the paint is mostly gone.   

I just purchased a large collection of these old Hopi cradle dolls and will be listing them individually on eBay.  The last photo shows the whole collection.  This is an opportunity to get one of these old dolls - they don't come up very often.
