Multi function opamp tester

This opamp tester can test the basic function of standard package DIP opamp IC , SOP8 SMD opamp(using convertor)  ,TO99  metal can opamp  (using convertor),including single ,dual ,quad opamp as below.

This IC tester can  test the static

current consumption, (I+,I-, current test) up to  +/- 19.99mA for V+  &  V-  of supply voltage from 4  to  18V

Input  offset voltage test from 0.01mV to  +/- 19.99mV &  down to  <10uV using ext. DMM

Opamp max. output positive  & negative

voltage swing  test (pulse test)

up to  +/-19.99V.

The  opamp  output can connect  to CRO (analog or digital) for high frequency  response  (appro. 1KHz)  pulse test,see last photo.

 

The opamp supply voltage can select single (For LM224,324  opamp test)  or dual power supply.

It provide 2 fixed DC power supply .+/- 5V ,9V & variable voltage output from

4V to 18V with current limitation  appro. 30mA for V+ & V-.    

You can compare the test result with the datasheet.If the current consumption ,offset voltage is out of tolerance  ,

output voltage cannot swing , output wavefrom (pulse test) abnormal, the opamp under test may be damage or fake.
