Here is my 1986 C reg mk1 golf GTI in mars red 12 months mot. I have owned the car from May 2019 It had been off the road for many years sat in storage. over the last 5 years I have gone completely through the car. New complete fuel system all brakes bushing engine mounts suspension fuse board and lots more it runs and drives well. The paint work on the car is ok but has been painted at some point in its life. Inside the interior is in good condition and original with black leather seats, 3 gauges in the centre console which all work and the MFA dash which works as well. New windscreen fitted due to old one being cracked, 4 new tyres and original alloy wheels. The roof is ok but has 2 small rips in it and the rear window is rotten at the bottom but it does fold up and down as it should. It also has hot start issue which is intermittent. It will start from cold no problem and run all day long but if it’s left for a bit when hot you have to run the fuel pump a few times and it will start on 3 cylinders and then it clears up and runs fine again. It has an upgrade radio with dab and Bluetooth. Selling due to camper build Thanks for looking happy to answer questions and viewings welcome
