Blazer is a mint blue with four-front buttons and short sleeves. Pit-to-pit about 21" and overall length measured from top of shoulder to bottom hem about 23". Fully lined. No shoulder pads. 

The waist on the matching pleated skirt measures about 17.5" and the overall length of the skirt is about 31.5".
