Item Description

For auction is this opportunity to buy an extremely rare 16 piece set of BMW Individual Tamo Umbra wood interior cappings/trims for a e65/e66 BMW LWB . All have been carefully removed from a high spec RHD 2003/2004 760li Individual.

Condition is excellent with no deep scratches or qouges. The finish on the varnish seems about 4 times as deep as standard gloss wood trim. I have only waxed these parts and in my opinion good enough to fit as is, however these are now 20 years old so I won't accept and complaints with any minor flaws you may decide that doesn't meet any ridiculously high expectations. Despite the excellent condition, these are being sold as/is, may have flaws, used parts from a 20+ year old car and not brand new. My starting price is extremely reasonable considering what I have seen much lesser sets go for, when and if they are ever available as e65/66 individual parts are rarely offered. Included are the below.

4 x Door cappings

2 x Front seat cappings including rear upper panels in champagne/cream colour (rest of the Individual leather stitched interior available in my other listings)

2 x Function carrier trims

1 x Front centre console surround trim.

1 x Dash lower double drawer unit in full working order (I would have removed trims separately but they look like a nightmare to mess about with for someone to refit)

1 x upper middle dash trim (for push out phone/cd player)

1 x Large upper dash panel trim (left side of steering wheel)

1 x smaller upper dash panel (right side of steering wheel)

1 x Front ashtray trim with ashtray unit/mechanism in full working order.

1 x Rear arm rest centre console trim

1 x Rear parcel shelf trim

The only piece I couldn't find in the car was the small trim above the steering wheel, with it's location being mostly out of view I was just going to use standard wood to bridge the gap until another was located, I don't this would be detrimental to the look of everything else in this otherwise complete and very rare set.

Only reason for sale is that I will be selling my 745li in the next couple of months that I originally purchased these parts to fit. Circumstances have now changed and no longer need a big car if any at all so selling these separate as mine is a good enough spec without. I have owned many rare spec BMW Individuals (mostly e38) but this is by far one of the nicest grains and lustre I've seen to date. These opportunities don't come up very often so don't miss your chance on this one. I will not split the set under any circumstances.
