Here is a very beautiful tray that is used for a creamer and sugar. It could also be used for salt and pepper or anything else! ;-)

As seen in the pictures, it is a fine bone china, produced sometime between 1930 and 1941 according to history I could find. The company was established in 1846. I added a link if you're curious as I am.
