Expected surface wear attributed to age, use and storage. The leather seat is cushioned with very old feathers and sinks down in center. Replacement or restoration of seat cushion is recommended. Will leave up to buyer to decide. The leather has surface wear and some minor scuffs on surface , but no holes. SEE PICS

Chair is heavy and sturdy. No loose joints or wobbles. There is evidence of some old repairs where armrests attach to seat. SEE PICS One spindle in upper part of backrest has a chip out of it that is old and smooth. Doesn’t detract from function or beauty. Not noticeable unless looking for it and adds to authentic patina.
