Snap-On Tools USA 786CF 6" Red Diagonal Flush Cut Pliers w/ Original End Cap

Condition Observations:  Used pliers in working condition.   The mechanics work well, and the teeth are fully functional.  There are some cosmetic imperfections and signs of use, including surface scratches and patina on the metal.  Grips are generally clean, with some typical signs of use.  Please admire pictures.
