Condition of record is M- (Mint Minus).  A beautiful copy.

Picture cover is in VG (Very Good) condition.  Front and back covers have minor ring wear (see photos).  Front cover has a stain/blemish where sticky tape has fallen off and some small closed tears (see photo).
