Condition of record is M- (Mint Minus).  A beautiful copy.  Appears to be unplayed.  Side One label has a small amount of writing in pencil (see photo).

Picture cover is in VG+ (Very Good Plus) condition. Front and back cover has a few very small closed tears/chipping, (likely silverfish) (see photos).  Has very faint ring wear on front and back covers (see photos).  Back cover has original price written in pen (see photo).
