Amorphophallus

mossambicensis x lewallei
3.5cm wide dormant tuber

Offered is a tuber of this most attractive Amorphophallus species.
The tuber produces a graceful, umbrella-shaped leaf growing to about 1m high. The leaf remains above ground through spring and into Autumn when it dies back to the tuber. The leaf will re-emerge the following Spring.
If the tuber is large enough, it will produce the beautiful bloom as shown.
The tuber has brittle offsets attached to it and it is quite normal for these to detach from the tuber during the season, this may occur during postage. This is normal, these offsets can be used to produce more plants.
