Cameras I sell get at least 7 days of random tests plus a default test I carry out.

Lens gets less testing as unnecessary but will usually have at least 50-100 shots in different modes to check quality.

This excludes New items. Open-box items I sell undergo a quick quality check/inspection.

I provide after-sales support and advice on courses and upgrades related to the sale or otherwise if requested. 

All this is personally done by myself.

All my used equipment is used still if I have the need or desire.

On the day of dispatch, I keep a file of high-quality photos of the condition of the items, Particularly high-value items.

I generally ship all cameras with a screen protector; please keep this in place until you are happy. The camera lens usually with a basic filter. Would you please use this or your own to protect the Item.

I have access to eBays partial refund procedure.

 If any item appears damaged, misused, dropped, water damaged, or shows wear above what testing an item would exhibit.

Cameras have been used more than reasonable testing as in their shutter count. The amount of refund will have a fee deducted. 

I have set acceptable levels as,

Cameras dispatched with shutter count under 5000 Actuation's acceptable count 500 is Shots.

From 4000 upwards, 750 is the acceptable level. 

It allows you to test the camera without adding wear and tear, particularly on Low shutter counts & valuable cameras. The value can be negatively affected.

I will always be fair and discuss my judgement if you are willing.
