Up for sale is an original vintage quilt top from the 1920-1949 time period. It is handmade using a feed sack material and is adorned with the classic nursery rhyme character Jack and Jill. The quilt top features patchwork, stitching, embroidery and appliqué techniques that add to its vintage charm. It measures 46 in length x 34 in width and is multi-colored with shades of pink, blue, cream. Ideal for adding a vintage touch to any room or nursery, this quilt top is one-of-a-kind.

The quilt top was purchased at an estate sale and had been stored in a cedar chest. It didn't appeared to have been used and is in excellent condition--colors are still very vibrant. The cream fabric had yellowed so it was freshened up in a quilt wash and air dried in the sun so it is ready for use—just needs an ironing.
