It’s Sony handicap it does turn on but all it does is wanna show your picture of the battery flashing. I had bought a brand-new battery. What I am selling in with the camera but it doesn’t make a difference. It doesn’t turn the flashing battery off. I have put power into it and it still flashes battery, and it will partly turn on to show the flashing battery and then it just turns back off again selling for spares or repairs.
