For sale a large very detailed handmade hand painted vintage scratch built ? model of a traditional gypsy caravan. In very good condition the only defect i can find is it may have originally had a door on the front and the horse tresses need screwing back to the wagon . he wheels are fixed there is acrck in the rear wheel axle where a screw appears to have been screwed through the dowel.
Extremely detailed with louvre shutters which are fixed, back storage box which opens ,internal furniture and traditional internal tassels and painted decoration , net curtains authentic working brake block system operated from the front through fixed wires ,swivel front axle , external detached steps with hand rails (patch of missing decoration see photo , ribbed curved roof with top section, rear hay rick . The external panel decoration seems to be a vinyl material stuck on and external tasselling the woodwork being hand painted gloss paint
Measures 45cm long excluding horse tresses with hay rich in up position and 71cm with tresses and is 35cm high
