I always obtain proof of postage and all items are sent second class, please allow a reasonable time for delivery as unfortunately I have no control over the royal mail's delivery times - bank holidays or postal strikes.

On the rare occasion that an item is lost in the mail, I will always try and help i.e provide proof of postage but please understand that it is not my responsibility - I am willing to send any item recorded delivery by request however there will be an additional charge.

I am a green ebayer and where possible I will re-use packaging, however all items will be packaged well and taped up properly.
