Here is our mk2 mini scamp rebuilt from the ground up with a replacement 998 engine.This is our mini club, club vehicle, it was bought and restored by the members of our club and used for a few local shows.
It's not getting the use it deserves and is now up for sale.
It's properly registered so no q plate, and is also mot and tax exempt.
2 former owners and has covered less than a 1000 miles since its rebuild.
Externally it's been painted green and has 12 x 5 inch minilights with very good falken tyres all round.
The roof is a painted piece of mdf on the rear and a removable wooden piece on the front. Which I would recommend replacing.
Interior wise it's finished with a fake grass carpet and had 2 bmw mini seats In place with static seat belts.
Radio and USB player, which works fine through the original Leyland speakers.
The car starts up on the first turn of the key and the engine runs sweet. I've replaced the electronic dizzy for an original refurbished one. As the original was a cheap eBay copy that was causing running issues.
The engine is otherwise standard apart from a hif 38 with a cone filter and a single box maniflow exhaust.
This is a great car and it deserves to have some adventures on the road.

Car can be transported too for a small cost if you don't fancy a drive on the motorway.
