This dress is in good condition with no tears, stains or odors. The color is light and subtle. The crochet sections on the jacket area have some loose threads. The buttons can not be undone and are tightly attached. The material is thin and has no stretch. The zipper up the back zips easily. The tag says size 10 and the measurements are as follows:
underarm to underarm: 19 1/2"
shoulder to shoulder: 16"
underarm to bottom hem: 39 1/2"
back of neck to bottom hem: 48"
waist side to side: 19"
