Cast Iron Shallow Lidded Casserole Dish 30 cm Diameter. Cream .VGC.

I have for sale a Cast Iron Shallow Lidded Casserole Dish with a diameter of approx. 30 cm and a depth of 6 cm( without lid) , in cream, inside and outside.

This cookware is NOT suitable for Induction, but IS suitable for gas, electric, halogen and solid heat sources.

This is a heavy dish , weighing a little over 5 kg.

I have used this twice, but the condition still looks as new. THERE ARE NO CHIPS OR STAINS. There is a very small mark around the side inside the

base ( see photo 5) but it has been there since purchase and is a slight manufacturing fault.

The cookware does not require high heat, use

medium to low heat settings to maintain ideal cooking temperatures. Also for use in an oven up to 200 degrees C.
