Hall Place Tonbridge, Kent - Antique Headed Letter/ Notepaper Signed By Laura Marianne ("Minnie") Morley, First Baroness of Hollenden of Leigh, Brigadier- General Francis Charles Bridgeman, Gertrude Cecelia Bridgeman (died 1911), William Russell, Cissy Russell & A E Brigen Goldsmith?


This headed letter/ note paper with signatures has been stuck to a piece of card as can clearly be seen in the photographs. Possibly it was originally in the back of a book? 

The paper and signatures must predate 1911 as Gertrude Cecelia Bridgeman died in 1911.

"Minnie" Morley was the Wife of Samuel Morley MP, JP, DL. He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge, and was a Director of the Bank of England. He was a member of the Athenaeum Club and the Reform Club and the Royal Yacht Squadron, Cowes. They had two sons, Geoffrey Hope Morley and Claude Hope Morley. In 1911 they were living at 2 Grosvenor Square with 16 Servants. Their country seat was Hall Place.
