Guitar has been tested and works great. All buttons and functions were tested and confirmed working by playing an entire song all the way through.

Guitar shows wear of previous use (scratches and scuffs)

Includes a loose copy of Guitar Hero Aerosmith, and a strap for the guitar itself.

The game disc does have scratches, but I tested it extensively on my Xbox 360 slim during testing and it played with no issues or interruptions.
