VIntage 90s Tommy Hilfiger women’s 100% cotton vest.  Blue and White striped seersucker fabric.  Button front.  Sash in back.  Fully lined in 100% cotton.   Size 12 but vest has been taken in at the shoulders and runs small.  Very good condition.
