While I don't expect immediate payment for items, if there is a problem which delays your payment for more than a few days, please contact me and let me know; if I haven't heard from you in 2 weeks after the end of the auction, don't be surprised if I take action through eBay, although this will always be my last resort. Note that all contact is to be made via eBay, as I do not regularly monitor my e-mail.

I always try to dispatch items within 2 working days of being paid for - if for some reason I cannot achieve this, I will let you know.
