Game Boards were used most often by people who would use them as their own for a variety of gaming, including checkers, king and chess. Today, when found these relics are praised for decorating accent. The peace coming from a family collection is offered for the first time in several generations.

What I believe to be a 19th century American Game Board appears to be original paint in an unusual bluish, gray colors with great patina. Strong and sturdy and in excellent condition for its age.  Use the zoom in feature for more accuracy on the measurements, color and conditions as they are part of the description.

The game board measures approximately 18“ x 17 1/2“ and the framed side 1 inch. I have posted photos of every side of the game board. No returns or refunds. All questions are welcome.
