I recently made a trip to my local wrecking yard and purchased some parts for one of my project vehicles and I noticed they had a Lincoln Town Car that was fresh inventory. While I was there I decided to purchase this Driver's Side Power Seat Switch because the part appeared to be in good shape and it was relatively easy to remove.
It's my understanding that Ford used this part on the Lincoln Town Car for several years. Please check to make sure the part number of the switch you want to replace is an exact match for the part number in this listing. The part number on the switch is: 3W1T-14B709-ADW
I do not have the ability to test the switch but I believe it will be fully operational because the car was in the wrecking yard due to collision damage but there was no damage near the area where the part was removed. I lightly cleaned the Power Seat Switch and it's in good shape - I'd rate it as an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.
