This is a working iPad mini 2. Sound, Wi-Fi, and screen all works like it should.

Not locked. Account is signed out and settings are erased. I can erase data as well and factory default it but I have not. There are some apps that I have downloaded still installed.

Comes with a blue Targus case. iPad is space gray.

No charging cables come with this. The iPad charges and hold a charge well.

There are some cosmetic wear and some light scratches. Screen is in really good condition, but does show normal case wear. Please look at pictures closely and direct message me for questions.
