All of the books are first editions but not first prints (first prints tended to have curved spines - all books included here have square spines). Early prints of the Noddy books (i.e. up to the 1980's) tend to display the first print date or no date at all which makes it difficult to date the books. However, these are definitely not the 1980s re-prints which carry a different cover design to the early prints on the 1950s, 60s and 70s. All editions including in the listing include their original dust jackets which suggests these are early prints. The books are presumed to be 1960's/1970's early prints (but not first prints).

The listing includes the following titles, which have the following notable damage and defects (please note that it is unlikely that all defects are included below. The most significant defects are included:

Book 1 - Noddy Goes to Toyland - Minor storage wear is evident to the dust jacket and hard covers. No tears in the dust jacket. A child has written his name in large letters across the first couple of pages but there is no other writing/scribbling in the book. The pages otherwise are in very good condition and the spine is strong with the pages firmly affixed.

Book 5 - Well Done Noddy - Minor storage wear is evident to the dust jacket and hard covers. No tears in the dust jacket. There is no writing/scribbling in the book. The pages are in very good condition and the spine is strong with the pages firmly affixed.
