YES this includes the Keyboard Dongle/USB Receiver - just insert the USB receiver and go!

Fully functional, and tested.

Does NOT come with the number key pad or mouse.

Small scratches and chipped in the corner (see pictures).

Other than some minor cosmetic damage, it works perfectly!
