Joe is dated 1992 and he comes complete with his U.S. Army Camouflage Clothing, Dog Tags hang around his neck that identify him as “ Duke” He has weapon straps around each leg with a gun on one side and a knife on the other side, He is wearing his tall lace up combat boots and is sporting a cloth backpack … He has blonde flocked hair, Thick Blonde eyebrows, a scar on the right cheek and baby blue eyes …
