Here is a vintage composition Effanbee "Patsy" doll with her original tagged clothes. She is 12 1/2 inches tall and all composition. She has green sleep eye and a closed mouth. She is wearing an old mohair wig that may be original to her. Her clothes are in very nice condition with some light soiling. Her eyes appear to have been sealed and a paint crack on the right side of her head has been repaired. She comes with her heart bracelet and her Effanbee pin. She is properly marked on the back of her head and on her back.
