I've not come across this model before, but this auction is for a Rivarossi Dutch Railways Double Deck Passenger dummy cab. The photos give you the contents and condition, but it seems to be a dummy cab / carriage for a larger set (in good condition although a burn mark on one side). The wheels appear complete and have electrical contacts for power supply, but no motor. There are DCC components although I am not sufficiently familiar with DCC, so can't comment.
