This collector's edition game is brand new and still sealed. However there is a slight bit of discolouration on the top of the main outer box due to being a 13+ year old game and being stored in direct sunlight for a period of time, as shown in the last photo. This doesn't affect the actual game itself or any of the collector's edition contents, all of which are brand new and unused.
This is now extremely hard to come by complete and sealed.
