Measures 1.5" wide x 40" Long, But has a little stretch to it, not much, maybe 5%, in comparison elastic is about 50%.

My guess is it would fit someone up to 42 inch Max. This type of Web  Belt is adjustable on the back side of the Buckle, so it can be made shorter without cutting the Web, or you can even cut the Web for very short length.

I think the buckle is stainless, but i can't tell for sure, some new SS is magnetic. 

You can flip the belt and not show the Sword fish, the other side is plain Navy Blue.
