A stunning large solid 9ct gold St Christopher on an 18" 9ct gold belcher chain.
The 375 satin finish gold medallion is beautifully embossed with the figure of St Christopher and the Christ child on his shoulder.
The bail is stamped 9ct along with the London Import mark and date letter 'C' for 1977; also makers stamp IJ. Back of pendant is stamped 9ct. Also very lightly etched possible old pawn brokers mark.
Medallion measures 45mm from top of bail by 33mm. It weighs 12.13gms.
The 9ct gold belcher chain is 18" in length, including dog clip fastener. It is stamped 375 with a London import mark, date letter 'R' (possibly 1991, not certain) with JMGT makers mark. It weighs 3.87gms.
Total weight in 9ct gold= 16gms.
In good vintage condition; left uncleaned as preferred by many buyers.
Looks stunning in wear.
